BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

  • We are a custom tattoo shop – depending on what you’re wanting to have tattooed you will almost always require a consultation before booking your tattoo appointment.  We must pre-approve all artwork that is to be drawn and tattooed; if we feel it will not translate to skin or it will not wear well over time we will not tattoo it.  We stand by our artwork, so please understand if we say no to your exact idea.

 

DEPOSITS

  • Once you have chosen your artist and appointment date, we require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. This deposit is to hold your appointment time with your artist, and will be carried over to the day of your tattoo appointment.  It will be carried over each tattoo session and will be taken off the total cost of your final tattoo session.
  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This means don’t put it down if you aren’t sure about getting tattooed because it will not be refunded back to you!  Under no circumstance will you get your deposit back.
  • If you cannot make your appointment date you can re-book and transfer your deposit twice ONLY by giving us a minimum of 48 hours notice of your appointment time by sending written message to the shop or to your artist directly.
  • If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice of your appointment time, or if you reschedule more than twice, you forfeit your deposit and will be required to provide a new deposit to book in the future.
  • If you cancel your appointment or decide not to get tattooed, you forfeit your deposit.
  • If you do not show up for your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.
  • If you no-show and want to book another appointment, you forfeit your original deposit and you will have to put down a new deposit for your new appointment.

TATTOO DESIGN

  • Tattoo design (Can I see it before my appointment?!):Due to high volume and an extremely busy working schedule we are unable to show you your artwork before your tattoo session.  As we are a custom shop, it’s your homework to choose which artist portfolio suits your style preference and once you’ve consulted with them you should feel confident that you chose the right artist for the job before booking your tattoo appointment.  It’s important when choosing an artist to tattoo you that you trust them!  They will have a piece you will like ready for you on the day of your appointment (where minimal changes can be made, unless previously discussed with your artist).  Your artist owns the right to the design and is not obligated to release it to you.
  • Changes to tattoo ideas:  Artists must be given notice (up to one week in advance depending on the size of the design).  Changing your tattoo idea can affect your deposit and/or your appointment booking (at the discretion of your artist). When you see your design at the appointment date you may do a small change ONLY, but the subject of the design can’t be changed. If you want to change the subject it’s required a $100 changing fee.

 

DAY OF APPOINTMENT

  • Make sure you eat a good meal before arriving for your appointment
  • You will be given a 15 minute grace period on the date of your appointment.  If you are later than 15 minutes with no email in advance, you forfeit your deposit AND your appointment time will be given to the next person on our waiting list.  Please note that if you are late with an email or phone call we may have to re-schedule your appointment (at your artists discretion).
  • If you show up without valid government issued photo ID you forfeit your deposit and you will not be tattooed.
  • If you show up for your appointment under the influence of drugs, alcohol, coercion, dares, or bets (or if you’re unprepared in other ways to have your body modification procedure done) you forfeit your deposit and you will not be tattooed.
  • If you are under the age of 18 (for all tattoos) and you show up for your appointment without your parent or legal guardian you forfeit your deposit and you will not be tattooed.
  • You may bring ONLY ONE person(supporter) with you for your appointment, but this person cannot be around workstation area during the tattooing.
  • No, you may not bring your children with you to your appointment.  Please ensure you have arranged childcare for the date of your procedure!

RATES

  • Our artists charge a rate of $130 per hour plus taxes. The hourly rate is counted from the time the appointment is booked until the moment of payment. 
  • Our minimum charge (if tattoo takes less than 20 mins) is $90 plus taxes.
  • Cover up/Fixing/Cleaning old tattoos rate varies $140-160 per hour plus taxes and depends on difficulties of cover up that needs to be done to your old tattoo.
  • 5-6 hours tattoo session costs $700 plus taxes. This session includes large tattoo pieces which take 5 or 6 hours.
  • Whole day tattoo session costs $850 plus taxes. This session includes large tattoo pieces which take 7 & more hours and include lunch break for artist’s and client’s convinience.
  • Consultation is for free and needs to be booked with artist.
  • Your artist can estimate the cost of a session for you, but we do not provide exact quotes as session times can vary for a number of reasons.  Please contact your tattoo artist directly.

TOUCH UP

  • We offer a touch-up once the tattoo is completely healed (if needed).  Touch-ups are to fine tune any minor issues during the healing process and if you are unsure if you need a touch-up or not, please email a photo or book an appointment to show your artist how it healed!
  • Touch-ups are not guaranteed if you did not follow the aftercare instructions, if it has been more than 3 months since your tattoo was completed, or if you decide you want portions of your tattoo changed.
  • A free service that tattoo shop provides during the next 3 months after a tattoo was done.This service is complimentary and provided only once after the tattoo is done and should be booked no later than 3 months after it. No rescheduling for this service.
  • IMPORTANT! No free touch ups for hands and fingers tattoos.
  • Black out/solid black/tribal works are required a touch up as a part of tattoo and are paid as regular tattoo rate.
  • Flash free touch up is done ONLY during the next tattoo session. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • When booking for a tattoo using Gift Certificate taxes are applicable for this service. The Gift Certificate can be used ONLY ONCE and can’t be transferred to other person. If the time on Gift Certificate is less than the time that tattoo was done for the difference should be paid. Gift Certificates are used ONLY for regular tattoo service, NOT for flash sales or discounted prices.

$50/$90 FLASH SALE

  • When booking for a flash tattoo the deposit of $50 is required. It can be paid online through the booking website or dropped off at the shop. It will be deducted from the total cost after tattoo is done. 
  • It’s minimum two $50 flashes per person. 
  • $50 flash designs can’t be changed and go as they are shown. Any changes would change the cost of the flash tattoo and it is regular rate of $120 plus tax. 
  • Adjustments that can be made for flash designs are: 1) change the colour for coloured designs; 2) change one solid colour into other solid colour; 3) skip doing some parts of the design.
  • Approximate size of the $50 and $90 flash designs are 2 and 4 inches respectively.
  • $50/$90 designs can’t be put on finger, face, head or other complicated areas. Depending on the design neck, behind the ear, hand parts are at the discretion of the artist.  
  • The “get 4-one for free” discount is applicable only per one person per one sitting. 

TATTOOING MINORS

  • 16 & 17 years old minors can get tattoos with parent or legal guardian signed Consent form. Parent or Lea gal guardian must be present at the shop for the whole appointment.
  • We do not tattoo hands, fingers, necks or faces for minors. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Design is a part of a discussion and at the discretion of your artist.
